If you are unable to attend your scheduled training course, we will work with you to reschedule you in for a course on another date.
All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled course date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel by calling or emailing one of our Training Coordinators. Unless we receive adequate notice, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the course.
With regards to cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or severe weather conditions, we will strive to reach out to each of our customers that are scheduled to attend an upcoming course. If you would like to confirm if any courses are to be cancelled, we invite you to reach out either by phone or by email.
