Forklift Operator Safety Training

Nova Scotia

April 18 @ 8:00 am - 2:30 pm

Course Description

  • We offer this training bi-weekly every other Wednesday.
  • The classroom session runs from 8:00am to 12:00pm and covers Sit-Down,
    Counterbalanced, Internal Combustion Powered forklifts (class 5).
  • Practical evaluations follow at 12:30pm until approximately 3:00pm.
  • This training is designed to meet Workplace Health & Safety Regulations made
    under Section 82 of the Nova Scotia Occupational Health & Safety Act Part 7,
    section 81, the CSA B335-15 Standard B335-15 “Safety Standard for Lift
    Trucks”.
  • $175 per person and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
  • Other Classes of Lift Truck (Class 2 Reach, Class 3 Pallet Jack, Skid Steer
    Loader, etc.) are available by special request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training course, we will work with you to reschedule you in for a course on another date.

All cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled course date. If you are unable to attend, you must cancel by calling or emailing one of our Training Coordinators. Unless we receive adequate notice, you will be invoiced for the full cost of the course.

With regards to cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or severe weather conditions, we will strive to reach out to each of our customers that are scheduled to attend an upcoming course. If you would like to confirm if any courses are to be cancelled, we invite you to reach out either by phone or by email.
